Can I see a demonstration of Tickit On Demand ?

Do my staff need a lot of training to use Tickit On Demand? How easy is it to use ?
Tickit On Demand is simple and easy to use, your staff will need minimal training and will spend only a fraction of their time ensuring risks are managed and vital compliance obligations are met. Tickit On Demand will enable them to focus on your core business.
How long does implementation typically take ?
Minimal training, means a shorter implementation cycle. If you have your data ready or use our pre-populated content you can have Tickit On Demand set up in a flash.
How easy is it to access information in Tickit On Demand ?
A sleek dashboard and subscribed customisable reports put information where it should be - at your fingertips. Problem areas can now be identified in an instant.
How easy is it to extract data from Tickit On Demand ?
Once you start using Tickit On Demand, we don't think you will ever want to stop. This certainly is the case with our existing customers. However if you do need to extract information from the system you can, either as CSV files using reporting or alternatively a flat file dump of the database can be arranged.
When was the first version of the Tickit software released ?
The Tickit software was originally developed in 1996 and is one of the earliest risk and compliance software in the market. Tickit On Demand is the latest version of the Tickit Software.
How good is Tickit Systems support ?
We believe that our support sets us apart from others. Email us and we endeavour to respond in 24 hours. If you have telephone support call us, and you will either get an immediate response or be contacted with a solution as soon as possible. We do not outsource our support overseas or employ unqualified support staff.
Is Tickit On Demand reliable, secure and confidential ?
Tickit On Demand is hosted on scalable, fault tolerant infrastructure. Additional server resources are deployed as required to ensure high-availability and responsiveness of the application.
Is our data backed up in case of an emergency ?
Data is backed up nightly and written to multiple disks instantly. We can perform full backup recovery in the event of a system-wide emergency. Our hardware is also fully redundant so even if one disk or server fails nothing will be lost and the system will not go down.
What is On Demand? What does On Demand mean for me ?
On Demand is simply software delivered to you as a service. Tickit On Demand is delivered to you in this fashion. The software is hosted on our servers. No software needs to be installed on your IT infrastructure. All you need is any standard internet browser (like Internet Explorer 6/7 or Firefox). The benefits to you are a fair price and no IT infrastructure costs. We maintain the servers, the security, all the updates and improvements so you don't have to worry about anything.
