Configurable Forms
You can configure your own incident reporting forms. Choose the fields you want on the form, their order and whether they are mandatory or optional. You can also set up fields that appear only in management screens and not in the incident reporting screen.
Access Permissions & Triage Access permissions can be set up for each Incident and Breach Management Type either globally, by location or by business unit. Once an incident is reported, the Triage functionality allows authorised users to either confirm or reject the incident.
Link incidents to risks In the incident management phase, incidents can be linked to risks in Tickit. This gives the organisation a complete picture of incidents versus risks over a period of time.
