COVID-19 Response

With the ending of the covid lockdown in the Sydney region, we are pleased to advise that all Tickit Systems staff have resumed operating from our Castle Hill office. Over the past few months, we are proud that we have been able to maintain uninterrupted service to all clients, both for our hosted services and for the delivery of Support and ongoing product development.

With restrictions easing further and travel becoming more reliable, we will resume our onsite implementations and training in due course. This will be done in line with state-based travel restrictions and we will always ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients and staff.

With both the Tickit On Demand system and our backend operations platforms all entirely cloud-based, we are able to swiftly move our employees to operate from remote locations or at home if needed. The past 18 months has given us the opportunity to refine and strengthen these processes, should any new lockdowns eventuate in the future.

Tickit System’s focus, dedication and support remain unwavering as we navigate from the lockdowns of the past 18 months into the “new normal”. Please be assured that we will take whatever steps are necessary to maintain service for our clients and support you all into the future.
